1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Smart Absens ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Smart Absens is an employee attendance management platform with QR code, PIN, GPS location, and fingerprint-based check-in capabilities. The Service is offered as subscription-based software (SaaS).

3. Account Registration

You must register with accurate information. You are responsible for your account and password. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed via PayPal (monthly or annually). Payment is processed through PayPal; you agree to PayPal's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Free and trial plans require no payment.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. If you cancel during a free trial, access ends immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the Service; attempt unauthorized access; use for illegal purposes; share credentials with unauthorized parties.

7. Data and Privacy

Governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app.
